Oral Session and Poster Information

Hello, Tampa Conference Presenters!

We would like to prepare you for a flawless conference experience.

  • For oral sessions persenters, your track chairs will be on hand to smooth out any technical presentation glitches.

  • For poster presenters, please review the instructions below closely to make sure your poster meets the guidelines.

In order to coordinate a very robust program, please follow our guidelines closely, and submit your presentations in advance by the deadlines below.

Oral Session Instructions

You've been given instructions for preparing your presentations by ASA in your acceptance email. Presentation uploading opens online October 9; please prepare to submit your presentations by October 28.

You are also invited to use the ISTVS logo (right click link to download).

Full Paper Instructions

All papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Please submit full technical papers by September 15 online.

Poster Instructions

Poster Size: maximum 44.5" x 44.5" (smaller is okay)

ISTVS Posters will be displayed from 9 AM to 6 PM on Tuesday, 5 Nov 2013. Authors will present for a two-hour period from 4 to 6 PM.

Please hang your poster on Tuesday morning between 7 and 9 AM and remove it between 6 and 7 PM that evening. Note: posters cannot be set up the previous evening.

A poster board number identifying your poster location will be placed in the upper-left corner of the board on a 2" x 3" card.

The poster boards are Velcro friendly; please bring your own Velcro.

Poster authors may copy and paste personalized QR codes to their posters. You are also invited to use the ISTVS logo.
