A note from General Günter Hohl (Ret.)
I am enclosing in the Annex the "Call for Papers", which covers almost all aspects of the automobile, as did the past EAEC and FISITA Congresses. I have asked the organisers, the "Politehnica University Timisoara", if there are any special rules regarding the external layout of the abstracts. This is not the case.
It is sufficient to follow the easy registration step on the congress website siarcongress.eu, on the Submissions topics. For any other questions the organizers could be contacted through the congress e-mail address eaec-mvt2022@upt.ro.
Timișoara, perhaps better known by its German name Temeswar, is a pretty medium-sized city in north-western Romania, about 300 km from the Budapest/Hungary. The city has become part of Romania's recent history in that the beginning of the successful uprising against the Ceaușescu dictatorship started from the central square, the Piața Victoriei.
There are many Baroque buildings in the city, as well as the Cathedral of the Holy Three Hierarchs (Catedrala Mitropolitană) with its mosaic tiles and icon gallery. A trip to Timișoara is also attractive from a tourist point of view.

You can get a good overview of the city at these email addresses. For travelling from Graz, the automobile is the best option, as there is a through motorway connection via Budapest, with a driving time of just over 7 hours. Timișoara does have an international airport, from some destinations in Europe, and of course from the capital Bucharest, but the car ride is probably the quickest and most economical route. I will keep you informed about the preparations for the EAEC-MVT Congress and about the city of Timişoara. I will of course be happy to answer any questions you may have.
With kind regards,
Günter Hohl
